  1. Hey! I’ve waited ALL day to see those great pictures. What a pretty smile Maggie Rose has! I hope that all went well the first night. It looks like Mary Clair was happy to finally see her…holding hands…I remember Emilie and Mary Clair holding hands throughout the zoo.

Have a great day in Guangzhou and getting used to being a family of 4!

    Love,
    Melissa, Cris, Emilie-Ann and Leah

  2. So happy to Maggie Rose with her family ! What a perfect match !

  3. Wow! What great smiles on these two sweet girls of yours! It looks like you are off to a fabulous start. Anna Lin loved seeing the pictures! When she saw the picture of Lee holding Mary Clare she said, “Mary Clare loves her daddy.” Then she saw the picture of you (Sherrell) holding Maggie Rose and said, “And Maggie Rose loves her mommy.” …OK…how sweet is that and didn’t make the tears well up in my eyes more.

I can’t wait to hear more of how things are and see more pics!

  4. Maggie Rose is STUNNING!!!!!! It brought tears to my eyes to see her happy face & yours! Lee & Sherrell—– you both look so good, so at ease, so comfortable with your new family!!!! THANK YOU for allowing us this precious peek into your Gotcha Day.
    Congrats on a BEAUTIFUL family!

  5. Hoping and praying all is going well with Maggie Rose. She is lovely, her smile is beautiful. I know that as wonderful as pictures look those first few days and weeks can be very challenging as you are getting to know one another, I just want you to know we are thinking of you and praying that your transition is taking place with ease.

  6. I hope everything is going well with all of your family. I miss seeing the daily updates, but I know with 2 little ones it is VERY HARD to find the time to update the website….and that’s not your primary focus while in China.

I’ll continue to pray that the transitiion for Maggie Rose goes well and that Mary Clair adjusts to having an older sister to share her mommy and daddy’s time. (I think that was the hardest thing for Emilie.)

Have a great trip and we can’t wait to see you again.
    Melissa, Cris, Emilie and Leah
